Growing up in Cocoa Beach I grew to love what coastal living has to offer.  After graduating from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Finance, I jumped feet first into real estate.  A financial background helps to better understand the ever changing lending and contractual process found throughout a transaction.  

Over the last 7 years, I have heavily focused on Central Brevard County and the waterways.  Having sold over 80 waterfront homes has allowed me to understand the different rivers, creeks, bridge heights, channels, water depths, etc.  Whether you’re purchasing your dream home to dock your new boat or selling your family estate; I have the LOCAL KNOWLEDGE.
